Susannah D. Dahlberg

Susannah Dahlberg handles all aspects of civil litigation, including arbitration, mediation, and appeals.  Presently, Susannah focuses her litigation practice on labor and employment matters, medical malpractice and elder abuse claims, and healthcare payor-provider disputes.

 

Susannah began her legal career as a Judicial Clerk to Justice Nancy M. Saitta of the Supreme Court of Nevada.  After clerking, Susannah entered private practice and gained experience in construction defect and healthcare law. 

 

Susannah graduated cum laude from Vassar College where she double majored in Jewish Studies and French.  She earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School where she was a member of the moot court team and served as a judicial extern for United States Magistrate Judge Paul Abrams.  Susannah was also the recipient of Southwestern’s University Scholarship.

 

Susannah is admitted to practice in California, including all the California District Courts.  She was named a California Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2018, and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
