Kristin Tannler

Kristin Tannler is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, law and motion, mediation, and trial preparation. Kristin’s practice focuses on labor and employment matters, civil writs and appeals, and medical malpractice appeals.

 

Prior to joining Cole Pedroza, Kristin was an associate at MacMillan Scholz & Marks, P.C. in Portland, Oregon, where she defended clients in all stages of complex litigation, with a focus on construction and commercial insurance defense matters.

 

Kristin graduated magna cum laude from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, where she held an editorial position on Lewis and Clark Law Review. During law school, Kristin also spent a semester as an extern at the United States District Court for the District of Oregon for Judge Robert E. Jones. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology and minors in Spanish and International Business from Santa Clara University.

 

She is admitted to practice in California and Oregon. Kristin was named an Oregon Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2018 and 2019.
