David Sohn is a partner with extensive experience in employment law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation. He earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
David represents businesses, insurers, and healthcare organizations in complex state and federal trials, appeals, and arbitration. Committed to delivering strategic and effective advocacy, he partners closely with clients to achieve just, efficient, and practical resolutions.
Outside of his practice, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son and is an avid supporter of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Lakers.
