Regulatory Proceedings

Curtis Cole has represented insurers in administrative proceedings brought by the California Department of Insurance. This includes proceedings arising from the enactment of Proposition 103. Subsequent experience includes proceedings arising from rate regulation, as well as agent and broker matters. This experience complements our representation of insurers and insurance producers in court proceedings with insured's, other insurers, insurance guarantee associations, and the California Department of Insurance.
