Cassidy Cole

Cassidy Cole is the newest member of Cole Pedroza. She offers a unique perspective to our practice stemming from her education in politics and women’s studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz. In 2008, Cassidy earned her J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.

Cassidy has experience in an array of civil matters including appeals, writ proceedings, Supreme Court petitions, and various stages of trial. As a law clerk, she assisted in the preparation of briefs in the case entitled Ayala v. Arroyo Vista Family Health Center (2008) 160 Cal.App.4th 1350 that resulted in a published decision. Most recently, her briefing in Villano v. Waterman Convalescent Hosp., Inc (2010) 181 Cal.App.4th 1189 resulted in a published opinion.

In addition to a growing civil practice, Cassidy has criminal experience as both a Rule 38 Prosecutor for the City of Tempe and clerk with the Federal Public Defender, habeas corpus unit. She also analyzes insurance coverage issues and drafts coverage opinions and letters.

She is a member of the Los Angeles and Pasadena Bar Associations, and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
